This facehunter image of Lilly in London reminds me of how much London 'cynic-sized' my identity and now that I am living in the happy sunshine as it where, I am hell bent on shaking it out of myself.
A redirection of the modern word, the Cynics where ancient greek philosophers who purpose was to live a life of virtue in agreement with nature, a philosophy I am very much in agreement myself. However my connection to nature does not cancel out hard ingrained dry witted cynicism. In my bid to aspire towards the living the old way of the Cynics and renounce the modern meaning of the word, Cynics the label will forever defy convention.
